Thanks for the pleasant overnight stay for a wind down spoil yourself weekend. The hotel offers handy location just off the airport and bus and reception / restaurant. The rooms are well-equipped and brand-new with tea and coffee making facilities, everything is really good.

The location here is fantastic, being close to a clean shopping center and the airport, with an early morning airport shuttle service and easy access to shops.

Always use this origin as a stopover and then fly on within Australia and have a perfect shuttle service !

great stay, exceeded expectations. fish n chips and reef & beef were delicious. convenient location near airport. friendly staff and comfy room. perfect for attending weddings. enjoyed the spa and breakfast. parking right outside. overall wonderful experience.

Booked for two persons - one room each. They lost one booking. Had to wait 15 minutes before another room was allocated. Staff was working on it but seemed annoyed. Style of room is very much overpriced. Rooms are dated -Shower ,toiled area old fashioned something you would expect in a $80 dollar country motel room price was $180

.Quiet, clean and comfortable after long trip.

Hotel chosen as near to Airport and courtesy bus to/ from airport. We did not want to drive the 3 hours to our destination after a 19 hour flight. When asked for courtesy bus times to get back to airport were told bus only for use by customers catching flights. Would not let us use the bus and we incurred a $aus30 taxi charge. Very disappointed in their approach as bus left at same time with only 4 passengers! I can only say we will not use this hotel again as they were very unhelpful and stuborn in their attitude

We chose Comfort Inn Bel Eyre for its proximity to the airport and had a pleasant overnight stay. The free shuttle service was prompt and the check-in process was efficient and friendly. Our room was clean and tidy, and we enjoyed a delicious meal at the on-site restaurant. The hotel staff were helpful, quickly resolving any issues like the lack of milk in our room. The peaceful surroundings ensured a good night's sleep, and the complimentary shuttle was ready for our early morning departure.

Totally recommend this hotel.

Close to the airports

Required 3 phone calls to get the courtesy coach to pick me up which it did about an hour after I reached the pick-up zone at the aiport.Room largely occupied by a bed and airconditioning unit noisy and devoid of any sort of controls other than an off/on switch.You need to switch it off to enable getting to sleep.

Close to casino and race course, easy check in / check out and friendly in regards to late chaeck out

No radio channels on the tv and movies have to be payed for :-(

The location, close to church event, neat and clean rooms, affordable price, friendly service.

Nothing not to like.

putting all rooms together,eg we were put next to people who were outside talking loudly etc, only for an hour or so.we would have preferred to have a room away from everyone ,there were plenty of spare rooms and its not that hard to move a cleaning trolley a bit further if that's the reason for jamming peoples rooms together. 99% of guest would prefer a bit of isolation and quiet. apart from that I will be back, its a good spot

Shower was dark with poor water flow, no microwave.
